Site Crashes when activated GEO option

Hello, my site crashes when I activate the GEO option for users to choose their own location to publish to. Here's a screenshot of the home page. To be specific, it's when the user chooses the location they want to advertise in.

Well, i did already download the file, see attached. They're all there. Is there anything else that could possible be going on? I've added admin info.

Unfortunately I can not log to ftp, I tried but I received this:

Status: Resolving address of ftp.homeownertakeoff.com
Status: Connection attempt failed with "EAI_NONAME - Neither nodename nor servname provided, or not known".
Error: Could not connect to server

Please let me know if something was changed.

Can you try an ftp server like filezilla or something similar, its working just fine.

Yes, I used FileZilla, but doesn't work. If you use FileZilla, please export your connection (right click on your connection and then EXPORT - the result will be sites.xml) and send me to email - alin@joomlart.com

You'll have to use the site address only, without (ftp.) in front of it for connecting , port 21. Would you check the login details I provided, use website address only, and ftp user info, not admin info.

If you are not able to setup FTP connection, you can ask the hosting provide to do this for you or you can send Cpanel login. later you can change the login access.

RonnieCentral We investigated the issue but unfortunately I can't figure out why is doing like that. This is not a common issue.
Please try to upgrade your PHP version on the server, you have a very old version and please have a look into error file in your cpanel. Maybe there are some records about AdAgency, send them to me please. Maybe there was something recorded.

I updated the PHP version of website, but still getting the same error message. I checked error log, it's empty. Is there something you can do to help get this resolved?

The error is:
Unexpected file extension in phar://geoip2.phar/vendor/composer/../../src/Database/Reader.php
And I am afraid that we can't do much at this moment. I searched and I found this thread:
https://github.com/maxmind/GeoIP2-php/issues/135
it said that is a Joomla issue (but I guess is something mixed joomla and server issue because in my local installation is working and there are also many clients who didn't reported this).
We are using free version from maxmind, because we distribute in each install, this mean that we can't use support or force them in any way.
Or, maybe your hosting can help with the installation of that file.
