Edit supported ad types in existing zone?

When our zones were created, Ad Agency Pro didn't support serving HTML5 ads... but now it seems to (good news).
What is involved in editing existing zones to let them also serve HTML5 ads?
It doesn't give me the option to do this as ads are currently being served (they currently accept standard and flash ads).
Is it a matter of deactivating ads and then the zone's characteristics will become editable?

You need to create new Zone Or edit the previous zone to select the HTML ads option in it and after that create new ads will show the options.
The campaigns also need to be edited to get the new HTML 5 ads .

Ninja : Thank you for replying. To be able to edit existing zones (to serve HTML5), is it sufficient to briefly change them to "Pending" status? Or does something else need to be done? Thanks!

I am not getting what you mean by Pending. As once you assign new add selection in zone, the new ad must be assigned to the new zone and published.
Kindly make a try and let me know if there is any issue.

I have several existing ads in rotation in zones. I would like to start adding HTML5 ads to these zones, but it's not allowing me to edit the zones to be able to serve HTML5 ads. What steps are involved to be able to serve HTML5 ads in existing zones? Thank you for your help.

Hi,

If you edit an existing Zone, that zone must support HTML5 ads, if you created in the past that zone and that zone support only Standard or Affiliate Code, for example, you can not change that zone for HTML5 ads. For this, you need to create new zones with HTML5 ads selected and then you will be able to assign HTML5 ads to that new zone.

Older Ad zone does not have the HTML5 ads when they created.
You need to create a new zone that will show option for HTML5 ads.
