html5 issues - Call to a member function getExistsZoneWH() on null

Hi Guys - after upgrading, all html5 ads were unreachable in the back end. The ads show in the list but without a type and clicking it just reloads the same ad list page.

adding a new html5 ad allows me to add the information, but clicking save takes me to the edit screen for the ad immediately preceeding it in the list, not the html5 ad.

Clicking on the ad in the manage ads list results in Call to a member function getExistsZoneWH() on null

the ad shows on the front end

Please test now, I added some changes in AdAgency files and now should be ok, all these changes will be added in the next version too.

After un-assigning (from Zones) the existing ads, we were able to re-define the zones to add HTML5 ads to them.
That worked well.
We were also able to (mostly) add new HTML5 ads... but there is trouble assigning them to zones (no zone options would appear on the CAMPAIGNS tab, while creating.
So they were saved/closed without being assigned.
As a workaround, we were able to assign them to zones via the MANAGERS >> CAMPAIGNS console.
The next issue is that the ads are not editable and produce the "An error has occurred.
0 Call to a member function getExistsZoneWH() on null" error, when clicked on.
These things only happen for the HTML5 ads.

The issue can be replicated only on insidemotorcycles.com and insidetracknews.com? I tested on accidentallyaccessible.com and can not replicate the issue. I tried to replicate on insidemotorcycles and insidetracknews but there is an htaccess page. Also, let me know if you replicate the issue on admin or on front-end.

I have upgraded to latest 6.1.1 version and the "getExistsZoneWH() on null" is now gone, but I am now facing new issues.

I have recreated HTML5 ads, but on campaign tab I am seeing 6 instances of same campaigns, instead of one:

Then if I select one of them and click Save & Close, I am getting the following error:

1062 Duplicate entry '6-326' for key 'PRIMARY'
