An important thing that i ask you kindly give me an aid here, i upload the video, and add it to the course but in both front and back-end side when i play, nothing played. what should i do?
At first i thought there should be a problem with my video and it can play it normally; i download one of your video and upload it as test, but an error will showed that i attache it.
Please check it its so essential for me cause 98% of our lessons is based on video.
I tried many video format, but nothing play in both site and admin area.
If i can't play video everything will be useless. Please help me I don't know what to do.
