jomsocial scripts and other modules not working in ad agency pages. Pls check video below, popups and slides not working. Thats looks like adagency component blocked other content in my site? Can you help me?

JomSocial and Ad Agency are the premium products. As per support policy user must have an active membership to get support for the premium products.
I can not see any membership active on your profile. Can you report the issue with active membership account, If the membership is expired i suggest you to re-subscribe for the memberships. So i can able to help you on this topic.

For the issue, i need your site super user login and FTP in edit fields options.

I checked the video but its not clear what issue you are getting as i can see it showing the dropdown in your menu .

Hello,
pls check video below. I havent problem with jomsocial, works perfect in all pages, only in pages Ad Agency not working jomsocial toolbar and drobdown menus. Before I install ad agency, the whole site worked perfectly. So the problem must be in ad agency, or not??

This login not showing as you accessing the site in your country, its server side security i need this login as well. or disable it if you using any security extension on site.
