Would like to know how would I be able to move the Purity III Glossary Layout over to the Mixstore Template? Had it working on another template but since updating to Joomla 3.9.5 nothing seem to work...

You may try one of standalone Glossary 3rd party extension for easier integration as com_content > xLayout - Glossary template override has been precisely custom coded for JA Purity so would require further code modifications to get it ported for JA Mixstore
