double slash in image URL failing to load in https Chrome

I have not noticed this being an issue before, but on the site: https://dcatvci.org/, the ad images are not loading in https site because of the double slash in the image URL. It is only the images being loaded from the ad agency pro ad manager which have the double slash. If you look at the Google Error Console you can see the broken image URLS. If I change the URL to single slash it works. This only happening in Chrome. All other browsers can access the images with the double slash URL no problem. Can anyone help fix this? Is there a way to get rid of the second slash so it works in Chrome? Thank you.

Can you edit fields in first post and submit a temp super user login details for staff. I can check it on backend.
I tried to replicate this issue on fresh package but there is no issue to load image urls.

Thank you for your quick response. I have added a super user login credential. Some background for you - this site was moved from one host to another quite some time ago and we did not have any issues until now.

Your must have wrong redirections rules as the ad started working once i disable the URL rewrite option from Joomla Global config. : http://prntscr.com/n4gbkc
Kindly test them in private browsing.
Remove the redirection rules one by one to see the cause of issue.

I am now seeing the sidebar image in incognito, but I am not seeing the top banner. I see that both images are still using double slashes in their URL and the sidebar is working. Where exactly do I need to update the redirection rules? Thank you.

The gif file is giving 404 error even if correct url added,
First you should update Ad Adgency to latest version.
Now open site root folder .htaccess file this file is used to add redirections rule, Its not clear what type of rule you added, so i suggest you to rename it with any other name and create a new .htaccess or remove the codes one by one.

take backup of site and .htaccess before updates.

Ok. So it is something in .htaccess is what you're thinking. I will take a look at that and also update Ad Agency. You mentioned "once i disable the URL rewrite option from Joomla Global config" so I was thinking it was an option you configured in the Global config area of admin. So what exactly did you do to get the one image working then?

Open System> global config > URL Rewrite > OFF.

I was still not able to figure this out. Is there a reason that Ad Agency adds a slash before the images directory? Is there a way to prevent that? Thank you.

Thank you. I see it is already turned off but the images are still not loading for me. I will dig into the .htaccess file then to see what is going on. Thank you for your help.

Hi. It got figured out. Thank you for your help. It needed to have the config.php altered to make it work properly. You can close this thread.
