Kindly check the footer block on your site: /templates/ja_healthcare/tpls/blocks/footer.php
There are some link loaded with http protocol instead of https, you can change these links.

Hallo, yes its loaded with https but there is a warning symbol in FireFox: "http://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/font-awesome/4.6.3/css/font-awesome.min.css" wurde blockiert. (is blocked) Cache is cleaned. Please see the screens. Regards Klaus

I guess one of 3rd party extensions on your site is calling that css file in cloudflare. In JA Medicare template, it doesn't load this file from cloudflare. You can try to disable them one by one to see which one causes issue.
Hi, yes it was JA Image Hostpot, I deactive it and now its ok. An update was not possible.
