We hope you figure it out soon! 🙂 We would like to be able to compress this data, and upgrade to use the new functionalities as soon as we can.

We would upgrade without compressing, but it's deleting all our impressions/clicks, so we have no option except to wait for you to solve our compression issue.

There are millions of data in the table and currently its not possible to edit each filed to move a new version because there are many fields needs to be updated to keep the date, it happened due to no update done by you from long time and during this time there are new changes in Adagency.
we will check again to see possible way of keeping the data.

mdourou When you said that you want to compress data, you try in fact to install the latest AdAgency version? or what you try to do?
If the stats table is empty now, you can just make a clone of the website and try to install there the latest version. There is a script inside that will try to convert everything to the new version.

alindinca No, I didn't install the latest version but instead I just clicked the "Compress data" button -> http://prntscr.com/kicbvm. Maybe I should install the latest version 6.0.19 first right?

mdourou I installed the latest version 6.0.19 and then hit compress data but still it takes forever to load.

Ninja Yes, the reports are showing the newer version but my problem is when I tried to "compress data" it takes forever to load. based on the your article https://adagency.ijoomla.com/blog/entry/compressing It says "We recommend that you compress your database once a week, to prevent huge database." http://prntscr.com/kjp3ob How do we know if it's working successfully?

The option was for older version version and its 7 years back article posted in 2011.
Can u share the steps how you are doing it on new version so i can replicate the same steps to check its working.

Ninja The steps is clicked Reports > Overview. In the URL remove "&task=overview" so it should look like this https://uat.muslimlink.ca/administrator/index.php?option=com_adagency&controller=adagencyReports

These option are not in new version, not sure why its still showing.
I will share it with development team to investigate this issue as the view is different on your site for the latest version of the adagency.

Sorry for the time delay its taking more time due to older to new version changes.

That option was a very old one for older AdAgency versions. And was because as you saw in the older version the stats table goes very very big. The new AdAgency version doesn't use anymore that table so we removed the compression script.
At this moment you are full set and all should be ok from this point. No more big tables in the database.
