Ad Agency Pro DB Table Issue Crashing My Website

Hi. I've been using ad agency pro for years and last Thursday it crashed our website. The error message was Error 144: TABLE '/MGB/#__AD_AGENCY_IPS' IS MARKED AS CRASHED AND LAST (AUTOMATIC?) REPAIR FAILED.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall Ad Agency Pro, but it keeps all of the files in the DB on the uninstall, so the reinstall would fail every time because it said that file was crashed. I went into the FTP and deleted every "ad_agency" file I could find and then tried a reinstall, but then it wouldn't reinstall because it said the files were all still there.

Currently my site is running, but only because I restored a backup and disabled the ads from running on the front end. Obviously this is a major issue that I need fixed quickly because without the ads we have no revenue, and we also have clients that are expecting certain things from us that we are not delivering.

Hi
When you delete or remove extension that DB remain same. If you delete th DB it will delete all older data of extension.
Kindly EDIT FIELDS in first post and submit :
a temp super user login
a FTP details and PHP Myadmin for staff.

Ninja Thanks for the information. I did try to delete all of the files in the DB, but then when I tried to reinstall the error that came up said the table ad_agency_* already exsists and can't be overwritten.

I would love a fix that doesn't require me to rebuild the entire thing from the ground up, but if that is not possible, then I need help getting a fix that will at least give me a fresh install.

Thank you. Before I re-enable the ads, did you do a fix to the ad_agency_ips table? I only ask, because one of the steps I took was to restore the website and install the new version 6.0.20, but the site crashed a couple of hours later with the same error.

Hi,

That database table is used for ads statistics, if you want, no need to uninstall the component, you can just delete the table rows (only table rows, not database table) - ad_agency_ips

Hi,

No, your statistics will not be lost, that table is used for the new statistics, but when database table is too big, you can delete the rows.
