It is still missing on chrome. It is supposed to be under the pink box. I see it on Firefox.
Do you have any idea why the cache lasts so long? When I make any changes to the css I have to wait 4-8 hours to see any changes, even with clearing browser history.
getuslocal Hi, Cache may be configured via Joomla settings, plugins, extenions, .htaccess file and also in your hosting panel. Kindly check all possibilities.
Cheers Joshua
Assuming this is the Joomla cache - this is an extension I use in conjunction with jch optimise (this requires lots of joomla cache clears)
https://www.regularlabs.com/extensions/cachecleaner
This adds a button at the bottom of the page - which is quicker than going to the global configuration and the cache
paulus1031 I have Joomla cache and GK cache. Ive tried with both enabled and disabled. Ive never had this issue with any other template I have ever used with Joomla. Just the Gavick one.
getuslocal It still hasn't updated on my chrome browser and its been a whole day.
getuslocal I just checked. The only browser I can see the video box on is Opera. Chrome and Firefox still show no video box, and its definately not a cache issue because I haven't looked at it on firefox before.
Hi, Could you edit this thread fields and add also FTP access to your website?
Joshua-M Updated
Something is wrong with FTP credentials, could you please check again? (I was able to connect, but can't see any files).
Joshua-M Ok it should be fixed now.
I've enabled css override from your template options and added the following custom css code:
.modal.gkVideoBlock { display: block !important; position: relative !important; }
It should be fine now. (checked on Chrome, FF and Safari).
Joshua-M Thank You
