Site shaper download not available

Hello,
I recently purchased the Campus life template but I am having an issue when I try to access the Site shaper which I need to begin working on the template. I get this error message.
"You are not authorised to view this resource. Sometimes this message will appear if the site session on your local machine has expired or a cookie has been accidentally cleared. We recommend simply logging out of the site, and the log back in to ensure you receive a fresh site session on your local machine. We are sorry for the inconvenience, if the problem continues please do not hesitate to contact us."
I have logged out severally but still the issue persists kindly assist.

bettymwai Hi. Can You please tell me where is this message showing? Or best please attach a screenshot. Have You tried clearing cookies and browser's cache or checking if You will be able to enter while using a different browser?

I have tried clearing my browser's cache (mozilla) and cookies.
I have also tried on Google Chrome but no luck

bettymwai Please try to download file titled S5 Campus Life Quickstart - from here as you can access the downloads from new download section in Joomlart site which keeps getting updated with new versions from time to time

When I purchased the campus life template I downloaded and tried to install the quickstart template on my localhost but the installation gets stuck at some point and doesn't complete installing.

You may follow the documentation ensuring to have seamless installation. Also, You may ensure if the hosting system meets the requirements for the Joomla installation as also outlined in documentation excerpt

Yes, You will get replica of the demo site as also mentioned in documentation overview 🙂
