I don't see my Ads

Hi,
I'm learning Adagency Pro and I use Jomsocial and Ja Social II Template and AdsClarity by juloa. I do not see ads When i look at zones I see them in red (what doeas it mean?) and "Preview with positions" gives me a white window. Are there problems to use 2 templates on different menu items?
