The issue is not from the Ad Adgency component, The Privacy suit consent is Joomla 3.9 feature that force user to agree first before using site.

I Tested your site in disabled adagency component and used default Joomla template Protostar
The error remain same http://prntscr.com/lmap6m

I asked in my last post as well about which user profile you are using on site as there multiple 3rd [arty extension as well.

You need to update all your 3rd party extension to latest version and check they are ready for Joomla 3.9 or not, as its not related with Adagency and template.

You can see similar topic already on Joomla forum due to 3rd party extensions.
If you do not want to use system privacy consent plugin you can disable it from Joomla plugin manager.

Yes, I've added a small css fix to template's settings to make the popup appear in full. This fix will be stored in database, so updates will not overwrite it.

Pankaj made a good discovery in this point and I can see this problem has been reported to joomla developers, so they or the 3rd party extension involved should provide a fix for it soon. For now all You can do is to try disable plugin after plugin till this starts to work, last unpublished plugin will be to blame and will have to be temporarly disabled.

Actually You have 2 plugins doing exactly the same thing:

System - jQuery Easy ID: 10109
System - jQuery Easy Profiles ID: 10202

Right now they are both disabled, but I would recommend to keep at least one of them active (the one with ID 10109) since I've used it to fix the jQuery library issue being loaded twice on same page causing javascript conflicts and making some of the extensions unusable.

An option for activate/disactivate reports is at the bottom of second tab in its settings:
Ok, I understand now. As soon as the last issue with agreement option will be resolved component should work as intended.

Teitbite, your component is still not working. We can't insert images nor video in any form - iframe or mp4; jpeg etc. Every insert get lost when saved. This is appalling.

Cancellation of Premium Support

We have been asking for support to get your AdAgency component up and running since last week. Up till now, we are not seen any positive development while facing the issue of configuring and getting the component to work appropriately.

I submitted a ticket since Sunday, up till this minute, no response, no comment. This is not in line with you SLA.

Since you guys can not support us appropriately despite subscribing to premium support, would you be so kind to refund our money.

The issue related with overview page is already fixed on site.
The issue regarding the Joomla user edit is not from the AdAgency component.
For the problem inserting images, is just raise few minutes ago in this thread, You can give me details how you you are adding image/video and which type of ad on your site.
I tried to add a new ad on your site and upload an image there is no issue : http://prntscr.com/lng5s8

Kindly give me details of issue so we are able to check it, May be you are trying a wrong way to upload images.

You can provide me ticket ID that is not replied by support team.

I Also suggest you to open a new topic for each different issue, It will avoid the confusion as this topic subject is already fixed, and also make the support faster.

The issue we are having is not only about the user profile or "The issue related with overview page is already fixed on site." It is a general functionality issue. Please go through my message earlier today, i mentioned what the issue is.

To repeat again for the sake of it, we can't save items in your component. See image. Irrespective of the type of file or content, they disappear after clicking the save buttom.

This is what is import to us, a supposed core function and core purpose of your application.

Please help set it up. Here is what we want to have inside the maggi Ad

And the purpose is to have it appear as a popup on the index page.

Biznews HI. You cannot put <video></video> or <iframe></iframe> into the editor box. Joomla will remove any code like this to avoid hacking attempt or just when it cannot recognize the code (happens with lots of HTML5 structures). You can look into editor configuration to disable removing, or You can install a different text editor which will allow it. Or, my preferable, disable using editor entirely and use pure HTML.

This is not related to component at all, problem is strictly connected with Joomla and Editor.

Biznews Hi. About the ticket. Are You refering to one that is only pointing to this thread? I've replied to it couple of days ago saying, that we are already working on this problem on forum (in this thread) and that the ticket is a duplication. Didn't You get that? You got same people involved, so there is no need to give same fix twice.

We have module which can be configure to accommodated video and iframe. Event within our current configuration, we have iframe and video tags configure. Please check this module where we configured video.

Biznews Hi. I've checked and You are already using Code Mirror, so the video and iframe can be added. And they are being added in AdAgency as well, but there is a different problem there that You cannot see it. Looks like the editor's css is being overwritten. Probably because it's not a standard one. Add this to /components/com_jce/editor/tiny_mce/plugins/source/css/editor.min.css
