Having issues on one of my sites, All other sites have no problems with the T4 page builder. If I go to make a new category or edit and old category I get a page with no CSS and no buttons so cant make categories. This is for a specialist school so I cant really share access to this site due to privacy information of students.

Site is on Ubuntu 20.04 running virtualmin
PHP 7.4
MariaDB (did have MySQL with same issue).
I have tried disabling all 3rd party plugins and even rolling back to a previous version of T4 with no luck.
I have tried multiple versions of Jquery including no conflict mode.
Any help would be great.

Additional Modules

Pointing me in the right direction would be great. I have this working on about 10 other sites no problem and 1 is even on the same host so I am guessing I am missing something small just not sure what. Thanks in advance.
Something else that plays up is the T4 pagebuilder button in the WYSIWYG editor. I do use ARK editor but it works on other sites, I have switched to default editor, JCK and JCE with same results. I seem to think its a javascript conflict issue, installed jquery easy and no success.
