Okay, a couple of questions, the contact form on this template has always confused me. Where is this accessed from, so I can control the fields and everything there.

Also, apparently my site has been hacked although it’s running the most current Joomla and most current template.
Every minute I get emailed forms like these… They even continue when I removed my entire contact page. Any word on how this happened on how to stop it?

Hi
Its a default Joomla contact form. Please create menu > Type: single contact and select the contact you created in contact component.
For creating and settings the contacts kindly check my suggestion given here
You can unable captcha in the contact form to prevent spam.
