Every time I try to register a new user i Have the following message:

Error
The words you typed did not match the ones displayed. Please try again.

I already looke everywhere but can’t find an answer. Please help.

Another problem occurred. The entire website is broken. The template just don’t work anymore. Any idea why this is happening ?
