Hi:

I’m using JA Edenite in Joomla 1.015.

How do I change the menu that moo_menu is using?

It is: moo_menu uses the main_menu by default. I would like to use another menu, like topmenu or usermenu

Do you want topmenu or user menu have style like menu of template(moo_menu) ?
