Hello
we have joomla 3.4.8 with the template Shape 5 – Business Pro.
When upgrading to joomla 3.6.5 or higher, the front of the page is no longer visible.
If I put one of the joomla templates if that is seen.
I tried updating the vertex folder via FTP, but it has not worked either.
On the front there is nothing and no error. If I look at the source code, it’s blank.

Can you help me how we can update the page and that it works correctly?

Hi,

Shape 5 – Business Pro is not a Joomlart template so we are not able to assist you. You should contact your template provider that you got the template from for support.
