We recently downloaded and installed the JA Medicare quickstart package successfully, however we are having some problems when attempting to switch off modules.

We have ‘unpublished’ the modules in the usual manner and most have successfully been disabled however the ‘make an appointment’ module and ‘health news’ modules are still appearing on the page.

We have cleared the cache and unpublished each module via the Joomla back end, we even tried trashing the ‘make an appointment’ module and it still didn’t dissappear. Clearly there is either some kind of cache not clearing or a bug with the package somewhere which we are unable to identify.

Had a look through the forums but havent found any related articles. Please can someone assist.

Make an appointment is a module with ID 114 that was published http://prntscr.com/cpya3d
I just unpublished and its gone .
For heath news its not module , it is the output of the Menu item home , you can set the article 0 if you so not want to show any articles .
