    I am unable to download templates. My account show that it expires on December 2017, but every time I try to download a template it adds a subscription to the cart and does not allow me access to the files.

    Is this issue happening with more than one browser ? try to switch to another one after you logged out from Joomlart website and then logged again.

    The issue is happening in different browsers and on different computers. I have cleared the caches on the browsers and I am making sure I am logged in one system at a time and that I logout before trying to login into another.

    @nvprospector If you tried to download the template by clicking GET IT NOW button then it wouldn’t work.

    You need to access the downloads from the official area at https://www.joomlart.com/downloads/ .
