Okay, I did the index.php?tp=1, but the bottom right hand column comes up as Top?!? I know it’s not Top, so what the heck is it?

I’m such a user…. LOL

It is module “top” position (the position named “top”). By default, Joomla displays newsflash in “top” position. It is no matter where we position the “top” module.
