this is acm topbar , Did u created the acm module and published it on site ?

Please check the module position is present in the template style > Layout you are using on site .

module name = top bar info,
position = user-bar,

still not showing in the main page.

You should clean your browser cache and check .http://prntscr.com/bvytvv

Also i suggest you to restore the site to last backup that has compatible Joomla version 3.5.1 .
Template/extensions are not ready for latest Joomla at this time .

it is working now, but there is something weird, i wanna changing the bar style, but there is a duplication in the style

and in the bar type, there is two bar type for header

and saving the module always back to the original value

Is there anything wrong with the ja acm module ?

template is under update process and will be updated .
On your site there are two files because its showing you also have a copy of uber-template in template folder with name : http://prntscr.com/bx2v2n
You need to remove this duplicate directory .
