Hi Joomlart,

I’m not able to submit a support ticket via your system. Looks like a long User error message with this at the end:
))145:Table ‘./jahelp_support_v4/swticketauditlogs’ is marked as crashed and should be repaired (library/class.SWIFT.php:768)

Please take a look at your earliest convenience.

Hi Railer,

Apologize for the inconvenience, we confronted the temporary database error yesterday. Everything is back in place. You can try to submit the ticket to us again.
