The current thumbnail showing is also from the Youtube, can You share the site super user details using Private reply, So i can have a look on module files.

Hi
Your site is using JA Platon template and the ACM module, template and T3 plugin are outdated.
http://prntscr.com/f0gr05 .
Kindly take a backup off site and update the JA Extensions and template using JA Extension manager component.
Hope it fixes the issue.
