    It is necessary for me to build frame in the top of template JA t3 blank and to transfer there blocks top.absolute, top.mainnav, top.top-panel, top.header.

    To establish them as follows:

    <tr valign=”middle”>
    <td ><top.absolute></td>
    <td rowspan=”2″><top.header Logo></td>
    <td >< top.mainnav></td>
    <td ><top.top-panel></td>

    I will be grateful if will prompt as …

    You can try as below :

    1. You copy plugins/system/jat3/jat3/base-themes/default/page/default.php file to templates/ja_t3_blank/page folder. And open it.
    2. Replace doctype

    <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">

    <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Frameset//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/frameset.dtd">

    3. Insert frameset inside div tag with id =”ja-wrapper”
    4. Save it and surf to your website.
