I have a page at: http://www.kvinesdalsiden.net. The ja-news module won’t change story…
i can see the ajax icon spinning, but a new story newer shows up.. What is wrong?

Do you have any other components or modules with ajax or javascript installed? This is usually conflicting somewhat with the Ja news module. I am also assuming that you have the very latest version of Ja news?

nope, fresh install…anyone have any clue? i use siteground hosting..

As you can see on the attatchment the AJAX loading icon is just spinning, but no new artcles show up. I do not use any SEF extensions…

Please help me, I am desperate

ok, I’m on one of those guessing games again but if I may, you could try this.

Chmod http://www.kvinesdalsiden.net/modules/ja_news/headlineloader.php to 777 and then see if it works.

I do not know. Language pack are downloaded from the norwegian Joomla site http://www.joomlainorge.no. What can be wrong about the language file? If there are som coding erros, you may fix it, if you please!

Did you try to change the news items? Could you try to remove the image in the article that doesn´t load and look if something changes. Just an idea.

Problem’s fixed. Some server require 755 CHMOD for folders and 644 for files to make it running.
