I get this from speed test:
The following resources have identical contents, but are served from different URLs. Serve these resources from a consistent URL to save 1 request(s) and 590B.

Hi,

Where did you test the speed of your site? Pls try to switch default template to a standard template of Joomla like Protostar and test again. These 2 css files are from default files in Joomla, not in JA Simpli template.
