Hi @ahmedmaher,

First, you can see the link I sent from February 5, 2016, it’s the native way to implement multilingual website with Joomla! content. Then I also sent you a link to documentation page where Solidres handle the content in multilingual site (from February 4, 2016).

For the reason why Solidres doesn’t use native way, you can ask them via support forum here for better assistance, we don’t implement this extension so we don’t have any clue about it.

We sure will do our best to assist you if the problem related to our products and guide you to fix it but it’s beyond our support scope if the matter is related to 3rd party extension.
