You can change these text easily by accessing backend > Extensions > Modules and change associated module

For example, the work ‘K2 component’ under the main menu belong to JA Masthead module, you can change the text in settings of this module.

K2 comments / K2 search on the right side are modules’s title, you need to find module and change title there.
