JA Teline V is commercial template and support for template like this require active membership, please renew your membership from http://www.joomlart.com/member/signup.php to get technical support and updates from product.

The image resize under JA Teline V template, you can find it from System – JA Content Type plugin and the configure from Articles: Options button
