Hi,
I can access all templates but when I go to download the free Purity III template it tells me to log in even though I am already logged in. When I clock on login it just reloads the same page and keeps telling me to log in again even though I am logged in. This does not appear to be happening with any other template. Any ideas?

Hello,

This could be a cache issue. Could you reset your password, then login to download Purity III? It might help.
