    Hi,

    I have a paid membership but it still says being processed in my account even though the payment has long since been taken.

    I would really like to be able to download the template I paid for as I need to get site up and running!

    Your help on this would be appreciated.

    Sorry for this confusion. We contacted PayPal and resolved the issue already, your JA Elicyon subscription is fully activated now.
