After a successful payment (except for Paypal Echeck), the download and forum permission is automatically updated when you first login with the username and password you entered during sign up process.

In some very rare cases, if your payment was successful and still can not access to Members Download Area or Customers Support Forums, please contact us with your Transaction ID/Paypal email (paid via Paypal) or Order number (paid via 2Checkout).

Your account will be activated as soon as our staff get your email (normally within 6 or 12 hours)
