Hi,

I am a current member and was just trying to check my forum post for updates but when I log in I am presented with this error message when I try to access the post:

Oops, your account does not have permission to access this topic. Sign Up for paid subscription today or Log In if you are already a member

My account is still active, so how do I fix this?

Hi there

Please try this

Logout from joomlart website , clean your browser cache and cookies then login again

If this shouldn’t works then try to reset your password
