I installed the ja content popup module on ja university but it doesn’t pops up on internet explorer and give me black screen..

I have received your pm yesterday but I tried to check on your site but I could not see JA ContentPopup module on your site.

Which area are you referring to on your site? If possible, you can pm me admin login of your site. I shall help you check further
