I don’t see a way to change a link at the bottom of a module "view full portfolio" . I want to remove the text. positioned at the right side of the page

It should work please make sure you are editing the correct file.
file site root folder/languages/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_ja_mono.ini
give a try and if this does not work kindly share FTP account details and site admin details in Private reply.
