If i try to access the /administrator page i only see a blank page

Share the correct url for it if you have a firewall behind the page

Hi

Your is a pretty Joomla issue and has nothing to do with the template , You are on an outdated version of Joomla ( 3.3.6 )

Take a backup of your website and update all your extensions to latest version released then update your Joomla version to the latest version too.
