Something wrong with the permission on your site, it doesn’t allow loading the file: http://prntscr.com/bbq5th

Kindly check with your host and make sure the permission should be: file-644 and folder-755

Hello ,

Thank you very much for your help, it was just the .htaccess file blocking (the permissions were correct on the files and directories)

It now works with a new .htaccess file
