Nice and fast loading site very appealing to the eyes. Wish you would slowdown your module though to fast for someone with neuro disorder.
In your footer text I would aling the banner to <center>http://www.neuropsychologie.fr/index.php?option=com_banners&task=click&bid=4</center&gt;

would look nicer.

Sorry not in french as I lost 80 % of my french.

Afraid I see it (front page) as way too long, that is page length. I hate having to scroll down too much to see all the content. I believe you should scroll down no more than 2 normal page lengths then put rest on new page etc

Aside from that it looks fresh and modern, but if it has taken a year to achieve this result then I should expect perfection

I agree with the people above.

Personally I would have tried to add less content in the “teaser” and instead put the rest of the articles in the “read more” part of an article. This would also decrease the length of your site, whilst still showing the same number of articles on the site.

Good luck with your minor improvements to a great site.
