My JATC Membership is active to June 2018 but I can’t download with out your site requesting a renewal of the membership. Why?
Also – Why is it so difficult to see a feature list of your memberships.
And the contact form at Joom Solutions does not work.
Membership Purchase request: I would be happy to renew a subscription just as soon as you return the PayPal payment made in error to you.
I will be happy to write a blurb on your integrity once you do refund the payment that paid for nothing.
Your JATC membership is working fine. You probably tried to download template by click on the GET IT NOW button at the template info page, that’s why it didn’t work.
In order to download templates successfully, you need to access directly from the DOWNLOAD page : https://www.joomlart.com/downloads/ .
Regarding your second question, our accounting department has already refunded you the payment you made by mistake so it’s okay now.
