It appears none of my tabs or information are showing up in peoples profiles.

I am using community builder I want my profile to look like the following idea.

Here is my current tab settings

I was the Tab Vitals to be on the right of the image, then the tabs current information followed by contact information.

I have tried countless different positions and things, but they tabs wont show up in my profiles. Can someone please help me.
