I checked the site and The font size is different because you set the menu item as the group heading via Megamenu options.

Turn of the group to show them normally.

f you will mark the parent menu as heading it change its style, its normal.
You can check other menu items carefully first to see how its working.

Hi
as i suggested before if you will use Megamenu options and turn on the group on for a parent menu it change the menu style.
There is nothing related to the login or not,
When it appears it will use the style.
You can turn off the group setting from the mega menu if you do not want to show the menu in nested formate.

You should check the settings first for the megamenu http://prntscr.com/h84rr9
Since you applied different settings for the public and registered user it works for the same that you applied.
check the settings carefully and you will understand it.
