Hey,
I manually added a block+ position to a layout. It’s defined to show on all responsive layouts. However it disappears when I access the page on smaller screens even if declared otherwise.
http://www.sylla-events.de/index.php/events/praesentationDoes anyone know a solution for this issue?
Regards and thanks,

September 21, 2016 at 2:23 am #969615Hi
As I can see the position is already in the layout (in the screenshot) you can hide the position from smaller views .
Maybe its hidden , Go to Layout tab > Responsive layout > Extra small > Click on module position name if its Red (red means hidden from that view ) .
Save and check .September 21, 2016 at 5:34 pm #969903Hey,
nope it’s definitely activated and not hidden.
I can give you access to the backend if that would help you.Regards,
Marcel

September 22, 2016 at 3:13 am #970039Hi
In your screenshot there is module that is published on the slideshow position : http://prntscr.com/ckvmqa
Go to /tpls/blocks/slideshow.php and remove hidden-xs
save and check .September 22, 2016 at 8:57 pm #970317Thanks it worked.
But this issue also happened on my footer so I removed hidden-xs in the footer.php.
This fixed it until I changed the size of an element in the footer on the layout page. I did undo this action but now the footer still disappears and I can not find any hidden-sx in the file.Pankaj Sharma ModeratorPankaj Sharma
