    Hi there
    Please try turn off sh404SEF
    About open_basedir you can check it in php.ini or ask your sysadmin about that.

    Thank you,
    Viet Vu

    Hi Viet Vu,

    The problem is we live in the middle of nowhere on the country side of Roi-et. Here is nobody who can help me I must do it by my own with a lot of help from you and Joomlart.
    I have put back a backup without SH404SEF the 404 page opens only on the way you can see on the screen dump. It makes no sense. I have put back the backup with SH404SEF

    open_basedir I can?t find php.ini I have searched with total commander without any result.

    Kind regards Cees

    Hi Viet Vu,

    We have still the problem with the open_basedir
    And probably I have a mis configuration of the log path
    Can you tell me what /where is the path for the log file?

    Here a part of the configuration.php
    public $live_site = ”;
    public $log_path = ‘/customers/0/e/0/laongvivah.com/log’;

    But I see in the root of my site that there is a sub dir TEST I have used that before to build the site and after moving the site to the root deleted but it’s back and I see 3 files in there.

    This are the communication bof One.com and Weeblr

    Weeblr:

    After installing SH404SEF my 404 page disappears, .

    Hi

    Openbase dir active is one thing. Having open base dir blocking one of Joomla regular folder is another thing and is completely wrong.

    Can you ask them why they are blocking one of Joomla folder? how is Joomla supposed to write its log files (I’m not talking about sh404SEF here, just Joomla)??

    The error message is :
    File(/customers) is not withing the allowed path

    Are you sure your log_path is correct, in Joomla configuration.php file?
    It looks to me you have it misconfigured.

    Rgds
