Hi,

As I can see here:

This works: http://www.xpeednet.com/criptar/images/criptar/logo.png
While this directs to 404 page: http://www.criptar.com/criptar/images/criptar/logo.png

Which means that the logo doesn’t exist in that directory so kindly check again. If it perists there, then check the permissions again, it should be:644 so that your site can display it.

Hi, thanks for the help, now I see the problem.

criptar is a folder under the main domain http://www.xpeednet.com

http://www.criptar.com is supposed to reference directly to this folder so the link to the logo should be:
http://www.criptar.com/images/criptar/logo.png

instead of:
http://www.criptar.com/criptar/images/criptar/logo.png

in the Custom logo of the Theme Customizer I have the following command to load the logo:
images/criptar/logo.png

I don´t understand why de template is doing this with the logo image, as in all the other images of the site are working fine.
