I have added module for the language switcher in UBER in the right-menu position.

When I set the option to drop down I can see the drop down appear however no options appear. I am therefore unable to change the language.

I have done the following

Enabled the language switcher plugin
Created the language switcher module and published to the acm-header

You can update the Admin login info of your site so I have a closer look and suggest you further.
