Hi mate,

Free member cannot access download section for JATC and JAEC.
JA News Sticker for J1.5 is part of template / extension club and only active users can download.
So you need to be an active paid member to download such stuff.

But when i was click this link go to download link but can’t download from this link. Please let me how to download News Sticker for Joomla 1.5.

Yes, the link cannot download in your case as you are a free member.
This download link loads for active paid members only, mate.
