Hi

It’s because the "max_input_vars" config on your server lower than number of input show up on your module.

You need to change it to higher number.

Hi,
How many K2 Extra Field you have in your site ?
If yes then increase a setting “max_input_vars” to a large number in php.ini
The “max_input_vars” setting is configured as 2000 for default, that mean it only page submit with less than 2000 field.
