Tooltip not rendering correctly in IE 11 (Desktop mode) If the tooltip contains a bit more text, no Background is added behind that text in IE 11, result: text cannot be read properly.
All is fine in FF and also mobile devices ….

it’s not issue in IE , because the size of module position is too small , it’s not able to show the output in that view : http://prntscr.com/cyzjay
I suggest you publish the module in a different module position , if possible a full-size position so it can able to show the content .
